Offline NT Password Registry Editor

A tool to create a bootable CD or USB-Stick to change NT passwords.

Setps to include NTPWCHG to use with BartPE:

  1. Download the ZIP-file.
  2. Extract ZIP-file and place the ISO file to "plugin\RegCool\files" directory . (needed to create boot CD)
  3. Extract all files in the ISO image to the "plugin\RegCool\files\usb" directory . (needed to create a boot USB-Stick)
