• Common: According to the Windows distribution CD used to generate the rescue boot CD all hardware is supported by the RBS which the involved Window version covers by default.
• Additional Drivers : Additional Network and Disk Controler hardware support can be added by coping the driver installtion kits to the pebuilder installation subdirectories drivers/net , drivers/ SCSIAdapter.
  Therfore it's quite simple to adapt hardware support for hardware, windows drivers are available for.

• Analysis: Network environment, hardware evaluation, system installation on local hard disks, file attributes and conent, changes (software, hardware), viruses, common application data on hard disk.
• Repair: File recovery, system repair, removale of viruses and male ware, MBR, removale of unwanted system changes.
• Configuration: Network devices, hard disks and partions, system directories and files, local and remote applications
• Safeguarding: conent on hard drives, file content protection (encryption) , information hiding (steganography)
• Miscellaneous: using hardware without touching local harddrives, data and information transfer via IP networks, remote administration, hardware testing

• Diagnostics-Info / Rom Bios view: displays SMBIOS tables

• Process Explorer: shows you information about which handles and DLLs processes have opened or loaded.
• RegAlyzer: A tool to browse and change the registry, providing some features the original regedit lacks.
• Mount Registry Hives on HD (RegistryEditorPE): A tool allowing to load registry hives and user profiles of NT not used by the current running system. The loaded hives can be edit with a registry editor.
